What about nutrition?
At CFS we use the Zone Diet. We have found it to be a balanced, responsible and effective way of eating. It allows us to partake in all of the many quality sources of carbs, protein and fat that were put on this earth for us to enjoy. A word of caution, the Zone Diet, especially when used with CrossFit is a powerful weight loss and leaning tool. If these are not your goals or you have reached a weight where your performance and body weight are ideal you will need more calories (often in the form of protein and fat) than the Zone recommends to maintain your weight.
